Smile Campaign checklist

 EGIONAL IDENTITY BRIEF – PRE-PRODUCTION SELF ASSESSMENT 

 

Your pre-production should look like a diary – separate tasks documented one after the other over a period of time to suggest you have worked systematically through tasks.   

Make sure each post is clearly titled and each post is labelled with the following:   

‘AC2: Problem Solving’, ‘AC4: Professional Practice’ ‘AC5 Communication’ 

Make sure you upload information to your blog using suitable methods.  PowerPoints, PDF’s etc should be uploaded to SlideShare and then embedded into your blog. 

 

Have you completed your script in Master Scene Script format (CeltX)?   If you have multiple drafts please include these (this could also be tagged under ‘AC1: Informing Ideas’ as it shows progression of an idea)	I have completed the the script for the smile campaign advert and the whole ad is based around that it's okay to take breaks from work for your mental health.
Have you completed your storyboarding for your project?    Is it using codes/conventions of storyboarding and varying shot types?  Have you uploaded it with some contextual information about why you have completed these?  Is it detailed (not just a page or 2, but it should comprise the full project)	I have completed the storyboards for my smile campaign advert. In the storyboards I believe I have accurately shown a variety of shot types and movements.
Have you completed location scouting for all your locations?  Is the correct paperwork used and is it fully completed accurately and with detail?  Have you uploaded it with some contextual information about why you have completed these?	I have completed the location scouting for the smile campaign advert. What I have created I believe it shows all necessary information about where the shooting will take place.
Have you completed location permissions for all your locations?  Is the correct paperwork used and is it fully completed accurately and with detail?  Have you uploaded it with some contextual information about why you have completed these?	This is something that i have done with the location scouting and i have gotten the permission to film in places i want to shoot at.
Have you completed a personnel list for all your cast and crew?  Is the correct paperwork used and is it fully completed? (remember don’t include full personal contact details as this will be on your blog)  Have you fully completed contributor release forms for those relevant people?  Have you uploaded these with some contextual information about why you have completed these?	Yes, I have created a list of everyone involved in the making of the smile campaign advert. The people who are said to be involved are and will be credited for what part they play in the advert.
Have you completed a resource list for all the equipment and props you need for your product?  Is the correct paperwork used and is it fully completed?  Have you uploaded it with some contextual information about why you have completed it?	Yes i have created a resource list of what resources i will need during the production stage of the process. I have said what resources i have and what i can get a hold of if necessary.
Have you completed a risk assessment for any health and safety concerns on the shoot/recording?  Is the correct paperwork used and is it fully completed, in good detail?  Have you uploaded it with some contextual information about why you have completed it?	I have completed the risk assessment form for the smile campaign. I have shown and done the paperwork that will lower the risk of people being hurt on set.
Have you completed suitable meetings with your cast and crew at various stages of the pre-production for both products?  Are these meetings documented with minutes using a suitable template?	I have completed suitable meetings with all members of the cast and crew on what they will be doing on the days of filming.
Have you developed a shooting/recording schedule in a suitable format?  Does it clearly show a plan for when/where you will be completing the production elements?	I have created a shooting/ recording schedule that will help with the shooting of this advert.
Learner self-reflection   Identify what you think you have done well in your research and what you think you need to improve?   What grade would you give yourself and why?   Look at the assessment criteria below and the key characteristics of each grade level.	I believe i could have made some of these tasks better if i had managed my time better and it would have let me improve them more
